Hit Drama: Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum — The Comeback of the Decade
Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum aired on ARY Digital in 2024, written by Farhat Ishtiaq and directed by Badar Mehmood. It marked Fahad’s return to television dramas after almost a decade.
The story pairs Mustafa, a carefree and jobless youngest son, with the serious, educated Sharjeena. When her wedding collapses, the two marry under the most unlikely circumstances.
Their slow, realistic marriage — built on small sacrifices, humour and growing respect — felt refreshingly real. Mustafa’s journey from careless boy to devoted husband became the show’s emotional core.
Fahad played Mustafa with restraint and warmth, never letting the superstar overshadow the character. Audiences who knew him only as a host rediscovered a gifted dramatic actor.
The finale received a special cinema screening in November 2024, and episodes collected hundreds of millions of views. Mustafa and Sharjeena became one of the decade’s most loved couples.
